Protection Plan: A protection plan is available for StarCom internet devices purchased from StarCom.Store within the first 30 days of purchase to cover defective, damaged, and lost or stolen devices from the day of purchase.

• If StarCom internet device is purchased after the day of purchase, a 30-day waiting period will apply before protection plan becomes active. “Preexisting conditions are not covered by protection plan.” (Protection plan can be canceled at any time.)

Protection Plan Coverage: Covers Defective devices up to 3 replacements per year (365 days). Damaged devices, up to two (2) replacements per year (365 days). Lost or stolen devices, one (1) replacement per year (365 days). Customer is responsible for a deductible of $25. Shipping both ways is free.
